Cookie policy
This policy describes the cookies and equivalent technologies used by the asezio.com website, operated by ELIA CONSULTING S.R.L., together with the means by which preferences may be managed.

1. Cookies and equivalent technologies
A cookie is a small text file stored in the browser by a website. Equivalent technologies, in particular the local storage of the browser, fulfil a comparable function. Both allow a website to retain a preference or to measure the manner in which it is used.
2. Technologies used
2.1. Strictly necessary (no consent required)
The entries set out below are necessary for the operation of the website and are therefore used without consent. They remain in the browser, are not transmitted to the controller and contain no information capable of identifying the visitor.

2.2. Statistical cookies (subject to consent)
Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, is used to establish the number of visitors, the pages consulted and the source of each visit. These cookies are set only where the visitor selects “Accept all” or enables “Statistics” in the settings. Where “Necessary only” is selected, the measurement script is not loaded and no statistical cookie is set.
Measurement is not currently active. Until it is activated, no cookie described in this section is set, irrespective of the choice made. The table below describes the position once measurement is activated.

Google Analytics is configured with IP address anonymisation enabled and with all advertising features disabled. Data may be transferred to the United States on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 2.3. Technologies not used
No advertising cookies, cross-site tracking technologies or social network cookies are used. The typefaces of the website are served from the controller’s own infrastructure, so that loading a page results in no request to a third party.
3. Managing preferences
- By means of the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of the site, where statistical measurement may be enabled or disabled at any time. Withdrawal of consent takes effect from the moment it is given.
- By means of the browser settings, where existing cookies may be deleted or the setting of cookies blocked. Blocking strictly necessary storage may impair the operation of parts of the website.
4. Record of consent
In order to demonstrate consent, the choice made in the banner is recorded on the controller’s server together with a random identifier, the option selected, the date, the version of the applicable policy, the language, the page concerned, the browser type and a pseudonymised form of the IP address. The record is retained for three years. Further detail is set out in the Privacy policy.
