Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of the asezio.com website and registration on the Asezio waiting list. They do not govern the Asezio platform itself, which is not yet generally available and will be subject to a separate agreement. Use of the website constitutes acceptance of these terms.

1. The operator

The asezio.com website is operated by ELIA CONSULTING S.R.L., unique registration code 13421494, trade registry number J2022008764230, with its registered office at Str. Ștefan Mihăilescu Brăila nr. 19, Voluntari, județul Ilfov, România, email contact@asezio.com.

2. Nature of the service

Asezio is an AI-assisted platform for the preparation of job descriptions, the evaluation of jobs in accordance with the EIGE methodology, the establishment of a grade structure and salary ranges, and the analysis of pay equity. The platform prepares documents, analyses and reports. The verification and validation of those outputs, and the decisions taken on the basis of them, remain at all times with the client organisation.

Asezio is not a payroll system, a personnel records system, a salary survey provider or a law firm. The information published on the website concerning Directive (EU) 2023/970 and other regulatory requirements is general in nature, does not constitute legal advice and must be verified against the legislation applicable to each organisation. Use of Asezio does not constitute and does not guarantee compliance with any regulatory requirement.

3. Registration on the waiting list

• Registration is free of charge and gives rise to no obligation to acquire a subscription. It does not guarantee access by any particular date. Invitations are issued in rounds, according to the profile of the organisation and to available onboarding capacity.
• Registration constitutes consent to receive communications by email concerning access to Asezio, the launch of the platform and matters relating to pay transparency. Such consent may be withdrawn at any time by email addressed to contact@asezio.com.
• The data submitted must be accurate and must belong to the person submitting it, or that person must be authorised to submit it on behalf of the organisation concerned.

4. Promotional launch prices

• The prices displayed on the website, including those shown in the price calculator and in the full price table, are promotional launch prices. They remain valid for such period as they are displayed on the website.
• The operator may amend, increase or withdraw those prices at any time, at its discretion and without prior notice. No such amendment affects a subscription or an order already paid for.
• Promotional launch prices may be combined with other discounts or promotions announced subsequently, subject to the conditions published in respect of each offer.
• The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the moment of payment. An estimate, a quotation or a price previously consulted does not fix the price.

5. Price estimates

The price calculator provides indicative estimates only, calculated on the basis of the rates displayed on the date of use and exclusive of value added tax or of any other applicable tax. Those rates are promotional and may be amended in accordance with clause 4. The price displayed at the moment of payment applies.

6. Intellectual property

The content of the website, including its text, structure, graphic elements, the Asezio mark and the working methodology of the platform, belongs to the operator or to its partners and is protected by law. The content may be consulted and quoted for informational purposes, with attribution to the source. Reproduction in whole, modification and commercial use require the prior written consent of the operator. References to the EIGE methodology concern the publicly available instruments of the European Institute for Gender Equality.

7. Permitted use

The website may not be used in any manner liable to impair its operation or its security, including by means of automated submission of forms, attempts at unauthorised access or the submission of false data. The operator reserves the right to remove registrations made in breach of these terms.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is made available on an “as is” basis, for informational purposes and for registration on the waiting list. The operator takes reasonable care to ensure that the information published is accurate and that the website remains available, but gives no warranty that it is free from error or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or of the information published on it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability which may not lawfully be excluded or limited. Decisions concerning remuneration and regulatory compliance remain the responsibility of the client organisation.

9. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy, and the use of cookies and equivalent technologies in the Cookie policy.

10. Amendments

The operator may amend these terms. The version in force is that published on the website, together with the date of the last update displayed above. Amendments affecting the waiting list or the promotional launch prices are notified by email to registered persons.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Romanian law and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from them. Where the user is a consumer, the mandatory provisions of the law of the user’s country of residence which may not be derogated from by agreement continue to apply.
